The use of all equipment, including mountain bikes, kayaks on the lake, fishing rods, gardening supplies, and life jackets (available at reception) are included in the daily rate.

Use of the lake for swimming requires the use of life jackets for all non-swimmers. Children, even those who can swim, are advised to wear life jackets, and their presence in the lake must always be accompanied by an adult.

The management is not responsible for any accidents that may occur due to non-compliance with these rules. VAT is included in the price described above.

Pets are allowed subject to conditions and upon request for advance preparation of the homes: they are not allowed from July 1st to September 15th. During the rest of the year, they are accepted in the one- and two-bedroom units for an additional fee of EUR 10 per night.
